What Should I Do First?

If you have been injured in any type of accident, of course you should first seek medical assistance. At the same time, protect your legal rights and potential right to compensation by following these simple guidelines:

Make no admission of responsibility, sign no documents, and do not discuss the accident or circumstances of any injury with other parties, their legal representatives or insurance company. Some insurance policies require the reporting of an accident to your insurance agent or your insurance company. If your insurance policy does require this, then briefly report the accident to your insurance agent or company, but do not give any recorded or written statements.

Contact a qualified attorney. Gendlin & Liverman, (414) 272-3399, will take your call during all business hours and we can be contacted 24 hours a day through our answering service.

If you prefer to do so, you may e-mail Gendlin & Liverman at attorneys@gendlinliverman.com or fax us at (414) 272-6659.
