Our Fees

Most of our clients hire us after having recently suffered injury and hardship as a result of a traffic accident or other form of negligence by others. So Gendlin & Liverman generally does not charge fees to clients in personal injury cases while cases are in progress. The standard professional contingency fee arrangement, one-third of the total settlement*, is payable only after a case has been successfully concluded and compensation has been obtained.

Unlike some personal injury firms, Gendlin & Liverman’s contingency fee remains fixed even when cases proceed to litigation.

Occasionally, clients with personal injury cases prefer to pay a straight hourly fee rather than a contingency fee; this fee arrangement may also be made.

*Our standard contingency fee in Worker’s Compensation cases is 20%.
